Our draughtsmen are experienced at designing high-quality property extension and improvement schemes, whether they involve expanding an existing property or a refurbishment or conversion.

But our service does not merely involve the production of drawings and specifications. Our service also includes managing the planning application process, building regulations applications, tenders and contract administration.

We also provide specification and contract administration services to fulfil projects initiated by other agencies. In which case, we assess their designs in the light of best construction practice and work closely with the original team to manage any changes where alterations or adjustments are required.
